Due to the nature of food and consumable products, all sales are final, except as outlined below.

Returns & Refunds

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Opened food products

  • Perishable or consumable items

  • Products damaged due to improper storage after delivery

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

Approved claims may be resolved through a replacement or store credit, at our discretion.

Bulk & Case Pack Orders

All bulk and case-pack purchases are final sale. Refunds will not be issued due to:

  • Change of mind

  • Pricing differences across retailers or platforms

  • Shipping delays outside our control

Shipping Issues

Africanada Foods is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
